Sports Betting Rules

1. General Provisions

777yk operates a regulated sportsbook. By placing a bet you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Rules, and you agree to comply with them at all times while using the service. The operator may update, amend or suspend parts of these Rules and the available offerings without prior notice, and such changes become effective upon publication on the platform.

Age, identity and eligibility requirements apply as mandated by applicable law. The operator reserves the right to verify documents and suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet regulatory or internal risk criteria. Automated betting, collusion, and the use of multiple accounts to circumvent limits are prohibited and may result in account restriction or closure.

Where multiple language versions exist, the English version governs any inconsistency. In the event of a systemic error or palpably erroneous data affecting a bet, the operator may correct or cancel bets and settlements in accordance with these Rules.

2. Bets, Markets and Settlement

2.1 Bet types. Bets may be offered as:

  • Single – a single outcome of an Event.
  • Combo (Accumulator) – a bet on multiple independent outcomes; all selections must win for the bet to pay.
  • System – a predefined set of Combos from a fixed pool of outcomes; wins are calculated from the sum of the included Combos.
  • Trixie – a combination comprising one treble and three doubles from three selections.
  • Patent – a three-selection combination including three doubles, one treble and three singles.
  • Yankee – a four-, trebles and doubles configuration across four selections.
  • Canadian, Heinz, Super Heinz, Goliath – extended multi-bet structures with escalating numbers of components.

2.2 Outrights. Outright markets (short- and long-term) are generally subject to a Play-or-Pay principle: a participant listed at the time of acceptance remains eligible for settlement regardless of participation in the actual event. If a listed participant is replaced or cannot participate, team-based markets may remain valid while individual performance markets related to the participant may be void.

2.3 Stake and winnings. The Winnings equals the Stake multiplied by the applicable odds; payouts for multi-bet structures follow their defined rules. The maximum payout and any multiplier are subject to management limits and may be adjusted at the operator’s discretion.

2.4 Bet acceptance and corrections. A bet is accepted only when the betslip confirms acceptance. The operator may decline to accept any bet, and rejection is not subject to justification beyond a confirmation on the platform.

2.5 Palpable error and adjustments. If a market or odds were posted in error, the operator may void or adjust affected bets after notifying the customer. Any decision under this clause is final and binding.

3. In-Play and Live Betting

3.1 Live bets are offered on events in progress and reflect real-time developments. Odds update continuously to reflect the course of play, and bets are settled on the basis of official results or accepted independent data sources.

3.2 Live bets on outcomes that become determined during the event are settled accordingly at the end of the event or the indicated period, even if the event is interrupted. Where outcomes remain undecided at the time of disruption, the operator may void or settle them at odds of 1 unless the market description specifies otherwise.

3.3 Claims for Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event's start time. If a match is abandoned or not completed within 48 hours of starting, bets on undecided outcomes may be voided with refunds where applicable.

4. Event Conditions, Postponement and Settlement

4.1 Postponed or abandoned events. If an event is postponed or abandoned, settlement follows the most current official result available. Where required, continuation within a defined window preserves bets that were open at the time of interruption.

4.2 Time limits for unsettled bets. Pending bets shall be settled or voided according to the official outcome or the market's stated resolution rules, subject to a maximum 30-day window for post-settlement adjustment.

4.3 Overtime, penalties, and special conditions. If a market includes overtime or penalties, settlement follows the market description. If overtime is not included, ordinary time results determine the outcome unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.4 Video assistance and official decisions. Decisions by video review that contradict on-field rulings may void bets placed in the interval between the incident and the final review decision unless the market is unaffected by the review.

4.5 Data sources and corrections. The operator may rely on official data sources or internal statistics. In case of discrepancy between data sources, the operator reserves the right to settle according to the source explicitly referenced for the market or to issue a correction if justified by official feedback.

5. Sport-Specific Settlement Principles

5.1 Football (soccer). Market settlement aligns with the official result at the end of normal duration or as described in the market. If the market includes overtime, results are settled after overtime if described; penalties are only considered if described in the market terms.

5.2 Baseball (MLB and similar). Moneyline markets on a finished game settle when the official league decision confirms the game has concluded under the applicable innings or resource thresholds (e.g., five completed innings, or 4.5 innings with the home team ahead). Other markets (Totals, Spreads) remain valid if the game has reached the defined innings; otherwise, voids apply.

5.3 Basketball and other leagues. Settlement follows the final official result within the relevant periods. In multi-leg ties the aggregate result governs the outcome; if a draw is established after a leg, additional periods are ignored for market settlement unless specified.

5.4 Tennis. In match-play markets, retirements or defaults affect settlement at the point the match is concluded or as dictated by the market. Sets and games settled independently remain valid for the specified events.

6. Market Integrity and Disputes

6.1 Data integrity. The operator uses reputable data sources and may disclose the source upon request. In the event of conflicting data, the market rules take precedence over sport rules, which in turn take precedence over general rules.

6.2 Disputes and corrections. If a bet is disputed, the operator will provide a resolution based on the terms of the Rules. The operator may correct, void, or settle bets following regulatory feedback or official verdicts from recognized authorities.

6.3 Fraud and integrity. If there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or market manipulation, the operator may take protective actions including voiding bets, suspending accounts, or reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Special Betting Features

7.1 Cash Out. The operator may offer a Cash Out option to fix a new set of betting conditions before the final result. Acceptance or rejection of Cash Out rests with the End User, and Cash Out terms may change over time at the operator’s discretion.

7.2 Bet Builder. Bet Builder allows combining multiple markets within the same Event. Availability is at the operator’s sole discretion and may be altered, suspended, or withdrawn without notice. If any component is voided, the remaining selections continue to stand under the Rules governing voided bets.

7.3 Early Payout. Early Payout permits settlement of a bet before final results when predefined conditions are met. Availability and terms vary by Event and Market and are subject to immediate withdrawal by the operator at any time.

8. Odds Format, Settlement Timing and Limitations

8.1 Odds presentation. Displayed odds are two-decimal figures; totals are calculated using a sixth-decimal basis for some aggregates, with final winnings truncated to two decimals. Any minor discrepancy is a function of the rounding rules and not a basis for dispute.

8.2 Settlement window. A betslip’s settlement or re-settlement will not exceed 30 days from the initial settlement date unless otherwise required by law or regulatory authority.

8.3 Limits and risks. The operator may impose limits on stakes, bets, or specific markets at any time. The customer bears the risk and responsibility for understanding market specifics and any changes announced by the operator.

9. General Restrictions and User Conduct

9.1 Prohibited persons. The operator excludes individuals not meeting the applicable age or suitability criteria and those who are representatives or affiliates of other betting entities, or who seek to abuse promotions or system controls.

9.2 Prohibition on automated betting. Any automated system use or third-party automation is prohibited and may lead to bet cancellation or account suspension.

9.3 Account integrity. The user must not engage in activities that may distort the betting experience or exploit system vulnerabilities. Violations may trigger account restrictions or closure.

10. Governing Law and Language

These Rules are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s license and regulatory jurisdiction. The English version controls in the case of any discrepancy between language versions.
