Aml Policies

1. Scope and Purpose

This Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy applies to all activities conducted by 777yk and governs the detection, prevention, and reporting of money laundering, terrorist financing, and related financial crimes. The policy aligns with applicable laws and regulatory expectations, and it establishes the minimum standards for customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring, information governance, and cooperation with competent authorities.

2. AML Governance and Training

777yk maintains an AML governance framework headed by a designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) who reports to senior management. The MLRO is responsible for policy implementation, oversight of transaction monitoring, and the submission of required reports. All staff receive AML training at onboarding and at least annually thereafter, with additional targeted training for high-risk roles and activities. Training covers indicators of money laundering, counter-financing of terrorism risks, and applicable reporting obligations.

3. Customer Due Diligence and KYC (Know Your Customer)

777yk conducts customer due diligence and ongoing identity verification to assess the risk of money laundering and financing of terrorism. Customers must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction where required;
  • Be the legitimate owner of the funds used in account activity;
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and thereafter;
  • Permit verification of identity and address in accordance with the checks described in this policy.

Verification is performed in a risk-based manner and may be conducted periodically or on an ad hoc basis in response to activity patterns, regulatory requests, or as part of ongoing due diligence.

4. Identity Verification Thresholds and Accepted Documentation

Identity verification is required when initiating service access, upon reaching defined transaction thresholds, or at the request of regulatory or internal compliance teams. Acceptable documentation includes, at a minimum:

  • Valid government-issued photo identification (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license);
  • Proof of address dated within the last two months (e.g., utility bill, official correspondence);
  • Proof of payment method where applicable (masked or redacted where permitted by policy);
  • Additional information as reasonably requested to complete the verification (including source of funds where required).

A verification check may be triggered, for example, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach a threshold of €500 or the equivalent in another currency, or when suspicious activity is detected. Where verification cannot be completed promptly, 777yk may suspend or restrict certain account functionalities pending satisfactory documentation.

5. Enhanced Due Diligence and High-Risk Customers

Customers identified as high risk due to business activity, geography, or other risk indicators shall be subject to enhanced due diligence. This includes more frequent review, expanded source of funds verification, and ongoing monitoring with increased scrutiny of account activity and beneficial ownership where applicable.

6. Ongoing Transaction Monitoring and Record Keeping

All account transactions are recorded and subject to continuous monitoring for patterns indicative of money laundering or terrorist financing. Monitoring includes analysis of transaction size, frequency, origin and destination of funds, and correlation with account activity, communications, and device data where permissible. Records of transactions and related data shall be retained for a minimum of eight (8) years from the date of the transaction or account closure, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory guidance.

7. Prohibited Jurisdictions and Screening

777yk restricts account registration and fund transfers by individuals and entities located in or ordinarily resident in jurisdictions where participation in online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. This policy reflects the jurisdictional prohibitions that may apply in relation to account creation, deposits, and gaming activity, and will be updated as required by regulatory developments. Screening is performed at onboarding and on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with sanctions, eligibility, and licensing requirements.

8. Suspicions, Reporting, and Cooperation with Authorities

Suspected instances of money laundering or terrorist financing must be reported promptly to the MLRO. The MLRO will determine whether a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) or other regulatory filing is required and will coordinate with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. 777yk shall not disclose to the customer that monitoring or reporting has occurred, except as required by law or as advisable for customer protection and regulatory compliance. Cooperation with regulators and law enforcement includes timely access to records and data within the scope of the applicable legal process.

9. Data Privacy, Consent, and Access to Information

Personal data collected and processed under this AML Policy is governed by 777yk’s Privacy Policy, applicable data protection laws, and consent principles. Data controllers and processors shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, or delete personal data in accordance with applicable law and 777yk's privacy procedures. Consent obtained for data processing may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal.

10. Consequences of Policy Breach

Providing false or misleading information, or attempting to evade verification procedures, constitutes a material breach of the Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and notification to regulatory authorities where required by law.

11. Changes to this Policy

777yk reserves the right to amend this AML Policy to reflect changes in law, regulation, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated to customers in accordance with regulatory requirements and the Terms and Conditions.
