1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the Agreement) govern your access to and use of the 777yk platform (the Platform) operated by 777yk Holdings. By registering, logging in, or continuing to use the Platform, you enter into a binding contract with 777yk and you agree to comply with all provisions herein. The English version governs the relationship unless a different language version is explicitly designated; in case of any inconsistency, the English version prevails.

2. Amendments and Language

777yk may modify or supplement the Agreement at any time. Changes take effect upon posting and continuing to use the Platform after the change constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with amendments, you must cease use and notify us in writing. Printed copies of the current Terms remain admissible for reference.

3. Eligibility, Prohibited Jurisdictions and Compliance

• Eligibility. The Platform is available only to natural persons who can form legally binding contracts and who are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying that your use complies with applicable law in your country of residence.
• Prohibited jurisdictions. Access to the Platform is restricted in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or prohibited. A maintained list of restricted jurisdictions may be updated from time to time. You warrant that you are not resident or physically present in any prohibited jurisdiction when engaging with the Platform.
• Age and identity. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate. 777yk may request proof of age and identify verification documents at any time and may block access or suspend accounts that fail to meet the requirement.

4. Account Registration and Verification

To open and operate an Account, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. You acknowledge responsibility for the security of your credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.

4.1 Single account rule

Only one active Account per natural person is permitted. The discovery of duplicate Accounts may lead to suspension or closure of the affected Accounts and annulment of bets and winnings tied to the duplicates. If multiple Accounts are detected, 777yk may transfer remaining funds to the first opened Account at its discretion and invalidate any rewards tied to duplicate Accounts.

4.2 Identity verification (KYC)

777yk conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to provide personal identification documents prior to first withdrawal or when deposits reach thresholds such as €2,000 in total or €7,500 within a single calendar month. 777yk may perform ongoing verification if there are fraud indicators, unusual withdrawal activity, or other risk signals. All information provided must be true, accurate and up-to-date, and you must promptly notify 777yk of any changes.

4.3 Security of access credentials

You must keep your username and password confidential. Do not share credentials with others. You are responsible for any activity conducted under your Account. If you suspect compromise, you must notify 777yk immediately. The Company is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use where you failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4 Accuracy of information

You must provide truthful, current and complete information regarding your identity and residence. You agree to update information promptly if it changes and to cooperate with requests for verification of identity and source of funds.

4.5 Inactive and dormant accounts

If an Account remains inactive (no login) for six (6) consecutive months, 777yk may apply a dormant maintenance charge of €10 per month starting in the seventh month until the balance is exhausted or the Account is reactivated. If inactivity extends to twelve (12) months or more, 777yk may impose a monthly administrative fee of up to €5 (or the equivalent in your currency) or deduct the balance, whichever is applicable, and may close the Account. Guidance on reinstatement or fund recovery is available through Customer Support.

4.6 Prohibited actions involving Accounts

You may not transfer, pledge, or sell your Account or accept funds from third parties into your Account. Where two or more persons claim an Account or you share a device with others, you must disclose this to 777yk. 777yk reserves the right to suspend or close an Account if multiple users access the same Account or if misuse is suspected.

4.7 Card verification and payment integrity

In connection with card payments, 777yk may perform verification steps, including a nominal authorisation of up to €1 (or equivalent) to validate card ownership. Any such amount is refunded to your card within a reasonable processing window and shall not affect your funds otherwise.

4.8 Closing and refunds

You may close your Account by contacting Customer Support. 777yk will return remaining funds according to its sole discretion and applicable regulatory requirements. On closure, the Company may request updated verification information and may withhold funds pending completion of anti-fraud checks.

4.9 Activity after closure

Post-closure, the Account may still be subject to review for compliance with AML and fraud prevention policies. You must provide any additional information reasonably requested by 777yk within thirty (30) days of request.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Funds

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification, security checks and platform rules. You acknowledge that funds deposited to your Account represent your own funds and not those of others, and you will not engage in money laundering, fraud or other illicit activity.

5.1 Deposits

You may fund your Account using the payment methods available in your jurisdiction. 777yk reserves the right to modify available methods and to set minimum and maximum deposit limits. Deposits must originate from the Account holder and must be in the name of the Account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals and verification

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures. 777yk may request documentation to confirm identity, age and source of funds before approving a withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the payment method’s standard timelines and may be subject to fees as disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal.

5.3 Non-reversibility and chargebacks

You agree not to initiate or consent to chargebacks or other reversals once a deposit or bonus has been processed. If a chargeback is initiated by you, 777yk reserves the right to reclaim funds, suspend the Account and apply appropriate penalties as permitted by law and platform rules.

5.4 Third-party payments and source of funds

You must use your own payment instruments. 777yk may suspend or block any deposit suspected of being linked to third-party funds or improper sources and can request verification of ownership of payment instruments.

5.5 Fees and processing

Fees may apply to deposits, withdrawals or currency conversions as applicable to the payment method selected. 777yk will publish fee schedules and will apply them in a non-discriminatory manner consistent with these Terms.

6. Conduct, Fair Play and Compliance

You must engage with the Platform in a lawful, fair and respectful manner. Harassment, manipulation, collusion, use of prohibited software or devices, and any attempt to influence game outcomes are prohibited. If misconduct or potential fraud is detected, 777yk may void bets, freeze or close the Account and secure funds until the matter is resolved.

7. Promotions, Bonuses and Offers

Promotional offers, bonuses and tournaments are subject to separate terms and conditions published on the Platform. 777yk reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw offers at any time and to apply wagering or eligibility conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, time limits and maximum bet limits. If you breach promotion terms, 777yk may modify or cancel the related bonus, revert winnings and take appropriate action against your Account.

8. Intellectual Property and Software

The Platform, its software, content, graphics, logos and associated materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms and any applicable license terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without prior written consent from 777yk.

9. Termination, Suspension and Account Closure

777yk may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, or close your Account, at its sole discretion with or without notice, including for suspected fraud, regulatory risk or breach of these Terms. Upon termination, 777yk will settle legitimate obligations within a reasonable period, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering controls. Funds remaining after settlement will be returned to you where permitted by law and platform policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 777yk’s aggregate liability arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform is limited to the funds existing in your Account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. 777yk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, losses of profits, data or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, except where such damages are caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of 777yk.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with 777yk’s Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection, use, retention and transfer of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. 777yk implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777yk operates. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the same jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration or regulatory procedures applicable to gambling services in your location.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement. This document, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 777yk regarding the Platform.
• Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Waiver and Assignment. A failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without 777yk’s prior written consent.
• Public Policy and Compliance. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Platform.
